Personal Items
​- Customers are required to remove all personal items from their vehicles prior to the scheduled service. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, documents, jewelry, and any other loose items.

- Detailed by Bobby will not be held responsible for any items left in the vehicle. This includes items that may be lost, misplaced, or accidentally discarded during the detailing process.

- If personal items are left in the vehicle, our team will make reasonable efforts to set them aside. However, we cannot guarantee their safety or return.
- It is highly recommended that all valuables, such as cash, jewelry, or important documents, be removed from the vehicle prior to service to avoid any potential loss or damage.
Inclement Weather
- In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms), where there is no available shelter to perform the car detailing service safely and effectively, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
- I prioritize the quality of service provided. Therefore, I appreciate your understanding if we must reschedule due to adverse weather conditions.
Required Resources
- Access to power outlets and a water spigot is required for most services.
- If these resources are not available, please notify me in advance so that we can discuss alternative arrangements or solutions.
